The Delaware River Rats Yacht Club would like to thank the Owner of Kelly’s Restaurant and Tavern for the support it has given the Delaware River Rats Yacht in the use of the restaurant and tavern for our meetings this past year. We hope the membership supports Kelly’s at 4201 Cheltenham Avenue Philadelphia. Kelly’s Restaurant and Tavern welcomes you and your family to the restaurant and the neighborhood. The restaurant has something for everyone. The dining room is reserved for dinner’s patrons from 5 to 9 pm all dishes are prepared when ordered. We hope that you enjoy your visit and that you will have dinner at the restaurant and Tavern.
